The Data Analyst will support the CEO in driving data-informed decisions across the organization. The role involves analyzing complex datasets, developing reports and dashboards, and evaluating the impact of business strategies. Data analyst will also translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations that enhance performance and support strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the CEO to translate business goals into measurable data objectives and performance indicators.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks that inform strategic decisions.
• Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and performance reports for stakeholders
• Evaluate the impact and ROI of business initiatives, marketing campaigns, and strategic projects through quantitative analysis.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and revenue performance.
• Build predictive models and conduct trend analysis to forecast business performance and support planning.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data through validation, cleaning, and standardization processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, marketing, operations, etc.) to align on key metrics and improve data-driven culture across the organization.
