Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor server and network infrastructure and respond to incidents
Analyze and resolve system, network, or hardware-related issues
Perform hardware installations, upgrades, and replacements
Support customers via ticket system, email, and phone
Maintain and optimize server operations
Document incidents, work processes, and changes
Work in rotating shifts including night, weekend, and holiday availability
Desired Candidate Profile
Completed training in IT (e.g. IT Specialist, System Technician, Administrator) or comparable experience
Basic to solid knowledge of Linux and networking
First experience with server systems, hosting environments
Experience with PHP and MySQL is an advantage
Customer-focused mindset and reliable work attitude
High awareness of data protection and IT security
Willingness to work shifts including night and weekend schedules
Fluent in English
German is nice to have, but not required
