Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based data migration scripts and pipelines.
- Work on data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from legacy systems to new ERP platforms.
- Collaborate with the BI Product Owner and ERP Product Owner to align data migration strategy with business needs.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot and optimize performance of migration and data processing scripts.
- Support testing and validation phases of the ERP rollout.
- Document processes, workflows, and data mappings.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-8 years of professional experience as a Python Developer.
- Strong experience with data migration, data transformation, and data pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle and/or Microsoft Dynamics (or other ERP systems).
- Familiarity with ETL tools, APIs, and database management concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams on large-scale ERP projects is a plus.
