Roles & Responsibilities
Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems in a timely manner. Verify and cross-check data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Maintain organized records of entered data and source documents. Assist in preparing and sorting documents for data entry. Review and correct data entry errors before submission. Generate routine reports and summaries based on entered data. Collaborate with other departments to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies. Safeguard confidential information and adhere to data privacy policies. Support administrative tasks as needed to facilitate smooth office operations. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance data entry efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-2 years of proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry tasks. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Familiarity with office equipment such as scanners and printers. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an office environment. Willingness to adapt to new technologies and processes as required.
