Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Accurately input data from various sources into the designated database, ensuring high precision to prevent errors.
- Verify and validate the accuracy of data entered by cross-referencing with original documents, maintaining data integrity.
- Organize and maintain data files in a systematic manner for easy retrieval and reference, enhancing operational efficiency.
- Generate and produce regular reports summarizing data trends and discrepancies to assist management in decision-making.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of a high school diploma; an associate’s degree or relevant certification in data management is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with database management software.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
