Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Accurately input data from various sources into the designated database, ensuring high precision to prevent errors.
  • Verify and validate the accuracy of data entered by cross-referencing with original documents, maintaining data integrity.
  • Organize and maintain data files in a systematic manner for easy retrieval and reference, enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Generate and produce regular reports summarizing data trends and discrepancies to assist management in decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of a high school diploma; an associate’s degree or relevant certification in data management is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with database management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
