Job Description

Responsible for accurately maintaining tenant records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting tenant inquiries through efficient communication and documentation management.

Responsibilities

  1. Ensure timely and accurate tenant data entry by adhering to a regular schedule for verification, updates, and uploads (KYC).
  2. Manage the master filing and data archiving system to ensure organized and secure records.
  3. Respond to phone calls, email correspondence & walk-in tenants and handle their questions or requests.
  4. Ensure accuracy & completeness of tenant information and lease documents, adhering to all relevant government regulations and other compliance mandates.
  5. Maintain confidentiality of all tenant data and documents in line with company policies.
  6. Perform any other related job duties as requested by his direct Manager

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is generally a minimum requirement. A degree in Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a related field would be a plus.
  • Data Entry Proficiency:
    Typing Speed and Accuracy:
    Fast and accurate typing skills are essential, with a minimum typing speed of 40-50 words per minute often preferred.
    Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail is critical to ensure data integrity and avoid errors.
  • Technical Skills:
    Computer Literacy:
    Strong proficiency in basic computer operations is a must.
    Microsoft Office Suite: Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Word is a key requirement, as these tools are fundamental for data management and reporting. Knowledge of other data management or ERP software (like SAP) is also a significant advantage.
  • Soft Skills:
    Communication:
    Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic are often required, as the role involves interacting with tenants and internal teams.
    Organizational Skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize duties, and maintain an organized workspace is crucial.
    Teamwork: A positive, professional, and team-oriented mindset is highly valued.
  • Experience: While some positions may be open to fresh graduates, previous experience in a data entry, administrative, or clerical role is a definite asset.
