Job Location

Key Job Responsibilities
• Provides all communications, both external and internal professionally and with the good level of language skills.
• Keeps the security of guests and all personnel s information.
• Informs relevant feedback from guests, outsiders and staff in the hotel to the Department Heads.
• Maintains a high level of product knowledge of the hotel and local areas in order to provide guests as requested.
• Extends fully cooperation within and between departments.
• Informs concerned supervisors events (emergency cases, accident, the failure of the system etc.).
• Strictly follows the emergency procedures of the hotel.
• Ensure the CID system is updated, working and in order at all times.
• Updates all guest arrival registration to CID system.
• Sends daily arrival & departure report to CID system.
• Handles messages from the CID system and act as required.
• Must adhere to the rules and regulations implemented by the CID department of the Ministry of Interior.
• To have a good relationship with the CID officer as the first point of contact.
• Assists in front office and others as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned by concerned supervisors.
• Identifies and solves problems in a professional manner.
• Assists others to ensure the operation is run smoothly and effectively.
• Maintains grooming standards at all time.
• Ensure the CID system is updated in every guest arrival, departure & movement.
• Follows hotel s rules and regulation and company s Standards of practices.
• Attends training provided to all employees regularly.

Desired Candidate Profile

• At least High Vocational diploma in any relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 1 year in Customer Service experience.
• Have a good knowledge in the CID system.
• Have good English & Arabic communication skills both in written and spoken.
• Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledgeable in computer; Microsoft office.
