Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data sets to identify patterns and trends that can offer valuable insights.
• Utilize machine learning and statistical methodologies to develop predictive models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and tailor insights accordingly.
• Communicate analytical findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Develop comprehensive dashboards and reports to present data insights to management.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure the data architecture supports analysis and reporting needs.
• Conduct data validation and cleansing to ensure accuracy and integrity of data sources.
• Explore new analytical methods and tools to enhance the quality and efficiency of analytics processes.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior data scientists or team members as required.
• Stay abreast of developments in data science and technology to maintain relevant skill sets.
• Identify data-driven opportunities to improve business processes and devise actionable strategies.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations in all analytical activities undertaken.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience working in a data science or analytics role with successful outcomes.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical models.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from data.
• Good communication skills to articulate complex information to diverse audiences effectively.
