Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and deploy AI/ML solutions to transform raw data into actionable insights across planning, estimation, procurement, production, quality, and asset management functions.

  • Design and build machine learning, deep learning, and AI models to optimize project scheduling, predictive maintenance, cost estimation, risk assessment, and resource allocation.

  • Integrate AI/ML solutions with existing production management, estimation, and ERP systems.

  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI/ML models in production environments, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance over time.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable AI solutions.

  • Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical insights to support management decision-making.

  • Provide training and technical support to business users and project stakeholders to drive AI adoption across non-digital environments.

  • Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems and workflows.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong proficiency in Python or R, with hands-on experience using ML/DL libraries.

  • Solid experience in SQL and NoSQL databases.

  • Experience with Computer Vision, NLP, Neural Networks, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch.

  • Hands-on exposure to APIs, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL frameworks, and big data platforms.

  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to drive AI adoption in traditionally non-digital or industrial environments.

  • Master’s degree in Data Science, Data Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or construction-related discipline is an added advantage.

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in AI/ML solution development and deployment.

  • Experience in industrial, construction, manufacturing, or infrastructure-related AI use cases is a plus.
