Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Navigate assigned routes efficiently using provided GPS and delivery applications, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to customers.
- Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle, organizing them for efficient route execution and minimizing potential damage.
- Safely operate and maintain the delivery vehicle, conducting pre-trip inspections and reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with customers, resolving delivery issues, and addressing inquiries.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school or equivalent is required.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
Prior experience in delivery or customer service roles is advantageous.
Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and delivery applications is preferred.
