Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Compulsory requirement - UAE bike licence.
Navigate efficiently through urban environments to ensure timely deliveries, using GPS and local knowledge.
Inspect and maintain the bike regularly, ensuring it is safe and in optimal working condition for daily operations.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery status, handling any changes or issues with professionalism.
Collect payments and maintain accurate records of transactions, ensuring accountability and transparency.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent, showcasing a foundational education background.
- Valid motorcycle license with a clean driving record, emphasizing commitment to safety and responsibility.
- 1-2 years of experience in delivery or courier services, demonstrating familiarity with delivery operations.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus for communicating with diverse customers.
