Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Pick up and deliver packages to customers in a timely and safe manner across designated routes.
  • Follow delivery schedules and route plans as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Load and unload items from the vehicle with care to avoid damage.
  • verify the accuracy of delivery items against invoices or delivery notes.
  • Collect payments or obtain customer signatures where required.
  • Follow all UAE traffic laws and company safety protocols while driving.
  • Maintain regular communication with dispatch and report any delays, accidents, or issues.
  • Perform basic vehicle checks and ensure the delivery vehicle is clean and in good working condition.
  • Provide professional and respectful customer service during deliveries.
  • Report any customer complaints or feedback to the supervisor immediately.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Must hold a valid UAE driving license (light vehicle or motorcycle, as applicable).
  • Proven experience in delivery or logistics is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of UAE roads and traffic regulations.
  • Ability to use GPS and mobile delivery applications.
  • Physically fit and able to lift and carry packages.
  • Punctual, responsible, and able to work independently.
  • Basic communication skills in English or Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays, if required.
