Roles & Responsibilities

  • Efficiently navigate city streets and traffic to ensure timely delivery of packages, showcasing excellent route-planning skills.
  • Interact professionally with customers during the pick-up and drop-off process, ensuring a positive experience and building rapport.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking numbers and delivery times, to enhance accountability and customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle, ensuring it meets safety standards and is always ready for use.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent, preferably with a focus on logistics or transportation.
  • A valid motorcycle or bicycle license, ensuring compliance with local regulations for operating delivery vehicles.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in delivery services or a related field, showcasing familiarity with local routes and traffic patterns.
  • Fluency in English, with additional language skills seen as an advantage to cater to diverse customer bases.
