A - Accountabilities/ Duties:
• Provide technical architecture expertise at an enterprise level as a member within a project team for Diyar customers.
• Represent the overall technical architecture for the engagement to the customer’s architecture leadership and executives to ensure the overall solutions is fully designed and integrated to meet the needs of the customer.
• Provide overall technical quality assurance to ensure the solution implementation adheres to the approved architecture.
• Develop strategies, policies and best practices for the customer.
• Develop and cultivates strong customer relationships
• Responsible for sharing information and best practices with others.
• Participate in the installation, customization, and integration of Dell EMC solution.
• Proactively alerts project management and sales team of potential problems and solutions.
• Design, customize, and integrate Dell EMC solution, map the solution to technical requirements, and support the deployment of the solution based on the content defined in the Statement of Work.
• Prepare technical architectural and implementation design documents and works with the Project Manager to develop the implementation plan.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to define project deliverables and schedules.
• Responsible for the creation of proposals that address current and evolving client requirements.
• Develop and articulates solutions based on a customer's strategic business or technical requirements
• Lead requirements gathering for project engagements
• Perform project quality assurance activities, including performing technical QA reviews on components for a team and performing QA reviews of documentation
• Provide technical training to end customer after product implementation

B - Qualifications:
• Responsibility for achieving Diyar Bar of Excellence as the highest level of Customer Satisfaction for every customer.
• Should have strong customer-facing skills including negotiation, conflict resolution, and crisis management.
• Adhere to and utilizes proper Escalation and Change Control procedures.
• Stay current on technical specifications for hardware/software requirements of industry products through professional associations, trade journals, networking and associated training and seminars.
• Required to support and instruct less experienced co-workers, through classroom training sessions or on-the-job mentoring
• Maintain awareness of existing or potential customer software/hardware situations
• Work experience should involve technical consulting, solution design, project envisioning, planning, development, deployment, and management.
• Must have a proven record of delivering business value.
• Must have a deep understanding of markets, customers, and technology; have the background to provide leadership in the practice and a demonstrated effectiveness in consulting and client management.
• Must have deep understanding of Customer business and IT environment, and have demonstrated skills creating architecture and deploying technology to solve business problems.
• Must have industry leading depth knowledge of subject area, and have demonstrated analysis and communication skills connecting technology and business problems
