Job Posting Lab Technician We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dental Lab Technician to join our dental laboratory who will be responsible for fabricating dental prosthetics, including crowns, bridges, dentures, and orthodontic appliances, based on dental impressions and prescriptions from dentists and fulfilling all task under the operations of Lab Preparation, Lab Case Production and External Lab Management. Required: • Certification or licensure as a Dental Lab Technician. • Must have Minimum 2 Yrs. Work experience as a Dental Lab Technician in Abu Dhabi or UAE • Experience in digital dentistry, including CAD/CAM systems and 3D printing. • Familiarity with dental laboratory software and digital workflow systems • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred: Certification or licensure as a Dental Lab Technician. Job description: • Take dental impressions and create accurate stone models for use in the fabrication process. • Designing & Constructing prosthesis and devices with plastic, metal, or ceramic materials using CADCAM technology and 3D printing. • Polishing and finishing dental prosthesis and devices prior to placement by dentists. • Adjusting dental prosthesis and devices before final placement. - Managing supply inventories, performing routine equipment maintenance, and facilitating repairs. • Perform wax-ups and create wax patterns for casting and pressing techniques. • Documenting processes, as well as adhering to industry regulations and safety standards • Report any incidents, regardless of the incident’s nature, to related departments. • Keeping up to date with the advancements in the field of dental laboratory technologies and techniques. • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
