Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dental Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in dental technology, with proficiency in fabricating crowns, bridges, dentures, or orthodontic appliances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Construct, fit, and repair dental prosthetics including crowns, bridges, dentures, and orthodontic appliances.
  • Read prescriptions and follow dentist’s specifications.
  • Ensure high standards of quality and hygiene in all work.
  • Collaborate closely with dentists and other team members.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Dental Technology.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in a dental lab setting in the UAE.
  • Proficiency in digital dental systems (e.g., 3Shape, Exocad) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • DHA/MOH/HAAD license or eligibility preferred.
