Roles & Responsibilities
Full-Time Orthodontist / Dentist (Aligner Specialist)
Location: Dubai (JLT)
Open to Saudi-based candidates
Type: Full-time | Friday off
Role Type: Office-based | Non-clinical
Salary: Based on experience & location (entry-level role)
What You ll Do
- Coordinate and track clear aligner treatments via our digital platform
- Follow up with patients throughout their treatment journey
- Handle patient queries, escalations, and ensure excellent patient experience
- First point of contact for customer chats and queries, assign, answer and resolve the chats
- Call and communicate the treatment plans with the patients
Who We re Looking For
- Dental degree (Dentist / Orthodontist)
- 2+ years of experience in the aligner space
- Native Arabic & fluent English
- Strong communication and patient-handling skills
