Key Accountabilities
Greet customers and ensure that they are served by shop sta in a mely manner and in compliancewith quality and customer service standardsEnsure proper implementa on of company policies and procedures for opera onal e ec venessControl merchandising of products in order to op mize sales and ensure it is in line with brand imageand standardsMonitor stock levels on a con nuous basis, maintain inventories and re-order merchandise whenneeded in order to ensure adequate stocks and maximum range and size availability at all mesManage the Department sta by se ng goals and objec ves, managing performance, developing andmo va ng employees, in order to ensure the highest levels of performance are achievedRun daily Department mee ngs in order to ensure all Department ac vi es, objec ves and events areproperly understood and communicatedConduct on-the-job training, demonstra on and instruc on for exis ng employees, in order to supporttheir development and ensure the highest standards of performance are achievedSpeci c for Mul media: Plan and prepare team schedule on a weekly basis, and submit it to hierarchySpeci c for Mul media: Enforce up-selling and cross-selling within the team in order to maximize salesvolume and ensure set targets are reachedSpeci c for Mul media: Conduct performance appraisals for department s sta on a bi-yearly basis
