Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a high-impact social media strategy that elevates brand perception and drives consistent, measurable engagement.
  • Shape and maintain a cohesive digital narrative across social channels, ensuring alignment with overarching corporate priorities and visual identity.
  • Plan, oversee, and deliver content campaigns that spotlight key projects, innovation, achievements, and organizational initiatives.
  • Manage the production of editorial, visual, and influencer-led content; ensuring quality, clarity, and strategic storytelling.
  • Grow and nurture online communities using data-driven approaches that enhance reach, interaction, and audience loyalty.
  • Track performance metrics, platform trends, and audience insights to continually optimize strategy and maintain digital relevance.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure social media integrates seamlessly into broader communication and marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing corporate social media channels in a large organization, agency, or fast-paced communications environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital storytelling, brand positioning, and content development.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex topics into engaging and accessible narratives.
  • Proficiency in social analytics and platform management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple internal teams and manage deadlines in a dynamic environment.
