Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of surgical programs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and patient satisfaction, driving continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with surgical staff, including surgeons, nurses, and support personnel, to foster a culture of teamwork, communication, and mutual respect, enhancing operational efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Hold board certification in a surgical specialty, such as general surgery, orthopedic surgery, or a related field, showcasing expertise in surgical practice.
  • Have a valid medical license and be eligible for licensure in the relevant jurisdiction, ensuring legal compliance and professional standing.
  • Good Surgical background; Mostly at an HOD level and ready to take up higher role
