Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Deputy Operations Manager
As a Deputy Operations Manager, you will oversee the full management of the sites (in partnership with the Operations Director), ensuring operational excellence and compliance with company standards. Your mission will include:
Lead and Supervise Operations
Manage day-to-day activities across sites, ensuring adherence to signed contracts and operational standards.
Guarantee the quality of services delivered to clients and maintain strong client relationships.
Monitor KPIs closely and implement corrective action plans when necessary.
Team and Resource Management
Organize and manage operational units, production teams, supply chain, and site resources.
Supervise HR activities including planning, vacation schedules, and timesheets.
Animate and motivate teams to foster performance, responsiveness, and revenue growth.
Participate actively in team training and development.
Compliance and Quality Assurance
Ensure strict application of HACCP procedures and health & safety standards.
Control storage organization and proper use of individual safety equipment.
Maintain the integrity of the quality management system during changes and report improvement opportunities.
Strategic Development
Support the opening of new contracts and contribute to business development nationwide.
Propose innovative solutions and new work methods to improve services and operational efficiency.
Guarantee the correct use of group tools (e.g., Winrest) and follow group guidelines for innovation and golden rules (inventory control, expense claims).
Reporting and Representation
Provide accurate and timely reporting to the country manager, including group-level requirements.
Represent the company with local authorities and administrations when necessary.
Profile
Familiar with the remote sector (Onshore or Offshore), 5 years experiences in Mining or Oil & gas sector is a real plus.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to manage complex operations and drive continuous improvement.
Proactive mindset with a focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Able to manage of international teams
Fluent English, second language is better
Hight pressure resistance
Sense of organization, method and respect of local constraints
