Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We seek to strengthen our derivatives trading operations, so in this role you will be responsible for executing and managing derivative trades in the Arabian Gulf and West Africa regions, guiding risk management initiatives, working collaboratively with our commercial team to enhance hedging strategies, and overseeing administrative tasks related to our trading activities.

We value your methodical approach to high-standard work, always prioritizing the commercial value of your efforts.

Areas of focus

  • Solid understanding of trading derivatives, and an analytical mindset
  • Basic Market Making providing a liquid derivatives fuel-oil market for physical traders
  • Planning and execution of hedging strategies with the aim to mitigate oil price risk exposure arising from the trading of physical oil products
  • Foster strong collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Risk management
  • Strong knowledge as to swaps and futures

  • Finance or economics degree; Masters/MBA preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
