DESIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Conduct complete skin examinations.
Examines and diagnoses disorders and diseases of the human skin.
Consults with patients to determine dermatological and cosmetic concerns and advising treatments and performing related procedures
Prescribes and administers patient medications.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Recommend diagnostic tests based on patients’ histories and physical examination findings.
Read current literature, talk with colleagues, and participate in professional organizations or conferences to keep abreast of developments in dermatology.
Carrying out applied research, adding to the evidence base of practice in a variety of healthcare settings.
Should have good assessment, treatment and reasoning skills
Full-time or part-time contract
DHA License or Eligibility letter
American, European or Australian board certified
Fluent in English, good Arabic knowledge desirable
Ability to work in multi-disciplinary team
Ability to communicate effectively with patients, family, nurses and doctors
Ability to project a positive and professional image of self, department and clinic.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Candidates must be a Degree Holder from Accredited, Educational Institution, College or University
5+ years’ full-time experience as a licensed Dermatologist, preferably including working experience in GCC.
