Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop innovative design concepts for landmark projects, encompassing high-rise towers, mixed-use developments, hospitality ventures, residential complexes, and master planning initiatives.
• Lead design brainstorming sessions, and workshops to generate creative ideas and solutions that align with project objectives and client requirements.
• Produce detailed architectural drawings, renderings, and presentations to effectively communicate design intent and vision to clients, project teams, and regulatory authorities.
• Utilize advanced software tools, including Revit, Rhino, etc to model, analyze, and visualize design concepts with precision and accuracy.
• Conduct site visits, feasibility studies, and site analysis to ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and environmental considerations.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to integrate innovative technologies, sustainable practices, and construction methodologies into the design framework.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends, materials, and technologies in architecture and urban design, integrating new knowledge into design solutions to enhance project outcomes.
• Provide guidance, feedback, and support to the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years experience for the Design Architect position and minimum 15 years of experience for the Senior Design Architect position ideally with a Top 100 practice with a focus on landmark projects in the UAE market.
• Proficiency in a variety of software tools, including Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, etc with a strong aptitude for digital modeling, parametric design, and visualization.
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing successful completion of high-profile projects, encompassing high-rise towers, mixed-use developments, hospitality ventures, residential complexes, and master planning initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for architectural innovation and excellence.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• UAE experience and familiarity with local regulations, codes, and permitting processes are essential.
• UAE driving license is essential.
