Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate design projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with client goals and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to create cohesive design strategies.
  • Review and provide constructive feedback on design drafts, ensuring high-quality standards and brand consistency.
  • Maintain an organized system for design assets and project documentation to streamline workflows and enhance team efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, ensuring a solid foundation in design principles.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a design coordination role or similar position, demonstrating an ability to manage projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality visuals.
  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, enhancing the usability of projects.
