Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and develop innovative mechanical designs, leveraging your creativity to solve complex engineering challenges and improve product performance.
- Perform detailed calculations and simulations using FEA and CFD software to validate designs, ensuring structural integrity and optimal functionality under various operating conditions.
- Create comprehensive 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD software, ensuring designs meet industry standards and manufacturing requirements and creating detailed technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, procurement, and testing, to ensure seamless design implementation and address any design-related issues effectively.
- Conduct thorough design reviews and participate in prototype testing, providing valuable feedback and making necessary adjustments to optimize designs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must have mechanical design engineering experience for brown field environment preferably in manufacturing industry environment.
Should be proficient in latest engineering practices and international standards for mechanical equipment design.
Proficiency in related design software, 3D modelling, AutoCAD, STAAD pro will be preferred.
- Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in engineering principles.
- Hold relevant professional certifications (e.g., PE, PEng) to validate your expertise and commitment to ethical practice.
- Exhibit a minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design, showcasing a proven track record of successful project completion.
- Demonstrate prior experience in the [Industry Name] industry, bringing specific knowledge and understanding of its unique challenges.
