Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform structural analysis and design of steel structures.

  • Design and verify steel members and connections in accordance with project requirements and applicable codes.

  • Prepare detailed design calculations and technical reports.

  • Coordinate with drafting, fabrication, and site teams.

  • Review shop drawings and resolve technical queries.

  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and industry best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in steel structure design.

  • Strong experience in steel member design and steel–concrete & steel–steel connection design.

  • Experience in industrial, commercial, and building steel structures.

  • Good knowledge of AISC, BS, and Eurocode standards.

  • Proficient in ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAP2000, RAM Connection, and IDEA StatiCa

  • Ability to prepare design calculations, reports, and review fabrication drawings.

  • Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.

  • Experience in high-rise and complex steel structures.

  • Knowledge of BIM and 3D modeling software is an advantage.
