Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Design & Estimation Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading the Design & Estimation team to ensure the accurate and timely preparation of project designs, cost estimates, and proposals. This role requires close collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver high-quality design solutions and competitive cost estimates that align with project objectives, timelines, and organizational standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Relevant discipline).
Proven experience in design and estimation management within engineering or construction projects.
Strong knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in design and estimation tools/software.
AUTOCAD experience is mandatory. REVIT/BIM knowledge is an added advantage.
A minimum of 5 years managerial experience in design of fire protection systems.
