Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

• Lead and mentor the architectural design team throughout all project stages.
• Manage and oversee the full architectural design lifecycle, from concept development to detailed design and final submissions.
• Review and approve architectural drawings, layouts, and technical documents.
• Ensure all architectural designs comply with project specifications, local regulations, building codes, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure interdisciplinary design compatibility.
• Conduct architectural design review meetings and provide clear guidance and design direction.
• Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and project management teams.
• Identify design conflicts and propose practical architectural solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of all architectural design packages and submissions.
• Maintain proper documentation, version control, and archiving of all design files.
• Prepare architectural reports, presentations, and updates for internal and client meetings.
• Support the design team with technical expertise and problem-solving when needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
• 7+ years of experience in architectural design.
• Strong skills in Revit and AutoCAD (essential)
• Good knowledge of architectural standards and codes.
• Ability to lead a small design team.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
