Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of infrastructure design strategies and solutions.
• Oversee all design-related activities from concept to final design delivery stages.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure design timelines align with project schedules.
• Manage a team of architects, engineers, and design professionals effectively.
• Ensure all infrastructure designs adhere to regulatory and environmental standards.
• Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to design team members regularly.
• Identify and mitigate design risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Liaise with clients to understand design requirements and project specifications.
• Prepare and present detailed design documentation and reports to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with construction teams to ensure design feasibility and practicality.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in infrastructure design.
• Manage design budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation and usage.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in infrastructure design management roles.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary design teams.
• Proven ability to manage complex designs adhering to budget and timelines.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders effectively.
• Comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements in infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in using design software and tools such as AutoCAD and Revit.
