Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred for advanced roles.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in design management, with a proven track record in leading successful design projects.
  • Industry experience in digital design, branding, or product design, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions and leadership in previous projects.
