Design Manager

This role is ideal for an Architect with strong design coordination experience who is looking to transition into Design Management and take greater ownership of multidisciplinary design processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the design process across mixed-use developments (residential, commercial, hospitality, retail)
• Act as the central point of contact between architects, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Review and manage design deliverables to ensure compliance with project brief, quality standards, and local regulations
• Monitor design programmes, manage interfaces, and resolve design-related issues
• Support value engineering, authority submissions, and design development through all project stages
• Ensure design intent is maintained from concept through construction
