Design Manager KEO International Consultants

Our newest opportunity is for talented Design Manager to join our award-winning team based in Dubai, UAE.

This critical role will work as part of the Infrastructure team, working on master planning and designing infrastructure including roads, waste water and storm water drainage, water and irrigation networks.

We envisage success in this role to include:

• Participating in and coordinating the design development and delivery of large and multi-discipline land development infrastructure projects.
• Coordinating, monitoring and verifying design progress and submittals at all design phases.
• Liaising, in coordination with the Project Manager, with the various project stakeholders, including internal teams, the client, consultants and contractors.
• Participating in establishing and implementing the Project Management Plan and procedures.
• Ensuring project standards and Quality Management procedures are implemented across each of the technical areas involved in the project, including project administration.
• Ensuring terms of the contract are followed and manage scope changes and their effect on delivery of project objectives.
• Organizing, attending or chairing design meetings and workshops, which will include preparing meeting minutes and following up on identified actions
