The Design Manager - Projects is responsible for managing the design aspects of specific projects, ensuring that design solutions meet client expectations and project requirements. This role involves overseeing design teams, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring that designs are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the design process for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications and client requirements.

• Lead design reviews and ensure that all design work meets quality and industry standards.

• Collaborate with project management and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of designs.

• Supervise design teams, providing guidance and technical expertise as needed.

• Prepare and submit design reports and documentation to project stakeholders.

• KPI: Ensure 100% alignment of designs with project specifications.

2. Team Performance Management
