Job Description

Key Responsibility:

• Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize, develop, and present design solutions through visuals, renderings, and detailed presentations.
• Understand and interpret project objectives, functional requirements, and budget constraints.
• Consult with cross-functional teams, including project managers, contractors, and external consultants, to align design execution with project goals.
• Prepare and present feasibility studies, conceptual layouts, and detailed design proposals to management.
• Advise stakeholders on the practicality and functionality of proposed design solutions.
• Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) tools and other design software to create precise drawings and project documentation.
• Ensure all design deliverables adhere to brand standards, regulatory requirements, and budget/time constraints.
• Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and material schedules required for execution.
• Prepare tender documents and participate in bid evaluations and vendor presentations.
• Coordinate and support on-site project execution with contractors and vendors, ensuring alignment with design intent.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, resolve on-ground issues, and ensure adherence to timeline and quality benchmarks.
• Identify and mitigate project-related risks and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Ensure the use of appropriate construction techniques and materials in line with design objectives and sustainability goals.
  
  

• 4-7 years of experience in a design role within retail, architecture, or interior design.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, , Illustrator and Photoshop, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Figma are plus.
• Strong creative thinking and the ability to generate functional, brand-aligned design solutions.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with internal teams and external partners.
• High attention to detail and strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and brand aesthetics.
