Overview
The Graphic Designer creates visual designs for print, digital, and broadcast mediums, effectively communicating campaign goals to the target audience. Responsibilities include layouts, typography, illustrations, infographics, maintaining design guidelines, overseeing production, and ensuring timely delivery. The role involves collaboration with copywriters, art directors, and mentoring junior designers.

Responsibilities

Main Tasks – Technical & Product

Conceptualize and design digital content across various asset types.

Collaborate with Digital Content Strategist and media team to deliver high-quality agile content.

Independently handle “design only” projects.

Produce websites and mobile apps based on wireframes.

Manage projects from concept to realization.

Collaborate with team members on creative deliverables.

Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency

Design and produce online content, including social media, banners, and art direct still/video shoots.

Ensure designs align with brand image and maintain consistency across platforms.

Review product positioning and marketing content for improvement.

Work with developers to ensure smooth implementation of content.

Create cross-platform design work from scamps or design-led projects.

Design to drive user acquisition and retention metrics.

Collaborate with Creatives, UX, and Developers to deliver high-quality digital output.

Stay updated on digital trends and recommend innovations.

Articulate and present creative ideas and treatments.

Qualifications

3-5 years experience as a Graphic Designer in an agency.

Ability to design overall creative test assets, including aesthetics, typography, color, brand, iconography, imagery, layout, and concept sophistication.

Work across asset types: static, video, animation; review and pivot content into testable assets.

Confident in challenging content strategist and brand team for better outcomes.

Strong conceptual, composition, photo art direction, and ideation skills.

Knowledge of best practices for digital social media deliverables.

Detail-oriented and organized with files and versions.

Digital portfolio showcasing design projects across digital, social, web, and motion.

Hands-on experience with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects.

Basic knowledge of HTML and banner development.

Critical thinking and ability to manage multiple creative projects.

Solid understanding of digital design principles.
