Currently we are looking for a
Deskside Support Technician based in
Casablanca, Morocco.
Daily tasks:
IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, De-install)
Hardware Break Fix Services
Desk Side Support
Data backup / transfer
VIP Support
End User Device Software Troubleshooting.
Familiarity with VPN
PC Refresh /Device Swap Outs
- Minimum
2-4 years hands on experience as deskside/Onsite support/local IT engineer
- Diploma in IT or A /N certification
- Experience in Providing Hands & feet Support for Network and Datacenter Equipment's/Devices
- Knowledge on Microsoft Operating System installation (Win 7 & Win10) and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge on desktop support knowledge including hardware, software, and networking concepts
- Knowledge skills in Desktops, Workstations, Notebooks and Printers and Handhelds
- Administration experience of MS Active Directory users & groups, policies and management concepts
- Basic understanding of Audio/Video equipment and conference room setup
- User account creation for Active Directory, Exchange Mailboxes, Distribution lists
- Remote desktop connectivity applications like SMS, Bomgar, WebEx, Live Meeting, and Windows Native tools tool. Escalations
- Troubleshoot and assist end users with mobile device setup, activations and performance issues.
- Handheld IOS (Blackberry, Android optional) support knowledge
- Proven technical skills in Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems and business productivity applications i.e. Office
- Strong Customer Service Skills
Effective communication in English and French
