Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct organizational needs assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement within the company structure and culture.
- Design and implement tailored organizational development interventions, such as training programs and team-building workshops, to address identified needs.
- Facilitate change management processes, guiding employees through transitions and fostering a culture of adaptability.
- Develop and maintain organizational development policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of OD initiatives through data analysis and feedback collection, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
Interested Candidates will undergo a 9 month Training with fixed monthly compensation with a guaranteed placement at a better salary after the 9 months or before the 9 months depending upon the performance.
Excellent communication skills, Interpersonal Skills Knowledge of Human Resources Principles, Tools and technologies ( if available ) HR Software if available Communication Tools Survey Tools.
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Has 3-5 years of experience in organizational development or a similar role, demonstrating practical application of OD principles.
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights for organizational improvement.
- Exhibits proficiency in project management methodologies, ensuring the successful execution of OD initiatives.
