Our client is a global provider of e-commerce solutions.
Objective:
You would be working on a high profile and well-established account, giving you responsibility for day to day engagement with key dealers acting as the primary point of contact, responsible for managing all aspects of their relationship with the business.
Key Responsibilities
• Proactively engage with customers to ensure they re informed on the latest product releases, software updates and marketing initiatives available.
• Analyse customer data to make informed recommendations and suggestions to your customers
• Understand customer objectives and tailor packages and services to support them.
• Accurate management of CRM records for all customers including detailed notes on the customer relationship, contact points, products and monthly opportunity and invoicing
• Confidently present the business, their products and services in an articulate manner
• Travel within Gulf markets
• Grow monthly revenue through introducing additional products and services to customers.
Profile
• A minimum of one years experience in sales/account management or client services function
• Excellent communication and client services skills
• A confident presentation style and the ability to engage at board level
• A hardworking and determined work ethic. We are looking for ambition and integrity.
• A willingness to learn and develop within the Dubai team
• A passion for digital marketing and the ability to clearly demonstrate the benefits of online activity vs. traditional marketing methods.
• An understanding of Software as a Service (SAAS) based products and the benefits of solution based products
