Roles & Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Digital Ad Operations Executive will ensure timely execution of all tasks related to ad operations, including trafficking, troubleshooting, optimization, and reporting of ad campaigns across digital, social and newsletter platforms within our Hospitality, B2B, Entertainment &Design division. We are looking for someone who is dynamic, proactive, and has extreme attention to detail.

We are looking for someone to

  • Oversee campaign management alongside the ADOPS manager across multiple accounts and brands.
  • Handle the implementation, scheduling, and rotation of ads within online advertising and social media campaigns.
  • Track campaign status, identify and troubleshoot delivery issues, and review reporting data for quality assurance.
  • Measure and optimize campaigns using vendor-specific dashboards, GA4, and marketing analytics reports against delivery and KPI objectives.
  • You will be the initial point of contact alongside the manager for troubleshooting issues; Managing and resolving issues as they arise, such as discrepancies between reporting systems.
  • Liaison with the sales team for tracking, campaign setup, deliverables, and maintenance communications.
  • Troubleshoot creative issues and monitor under/over delivery issues.
  • QA or troubleshoot 3rd party tags. Test ad creatives to ensure they comply with individual site specifications.
  • Stay current on key developments in the rapidly changing digital advertising space and apply that knowledge to recommend or build new processes that support changing industry needs.
  • Create and maintain digital operations processes, recommend updates and efficiencies. Educate teams, schedules check-ins for ongoing maintenance, and help ensure adoption.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to discuss campaign setup (i.e., KPI goals), execution, QA, troubleshooting, and optimization success.
