ROLE PURPOSE:
Development and execution of EPG Digital Business strategy objectives, assist in forecasting and business planning, and help coordinate and execute strategic projects across the digital EPG business.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Digital Business Platform
Being responsible for the day to day operations of EPG’s

Digital Business platform
- Help in design, develop and manage technical hub to integrate with E-commerce merchants
- Manage interaction with technology vendors and integrators
- Establish the digital ecosystem by creating an open culture, facilitating collaboration and fostering bottom-up innovation

Operational Plan
- Develop and execute plans to align with business development strategy
- Coordinate digital business plans and report to director and other management
- Benchmark the business with hybrid brands to put in place action plans and determine the way forward stakeholders
- Work closely with the Director of digital business to set the plan and holds responsibility for the vertical’s consolidated hybrid P&L.

Digital Business Analysis
- Conduct detailed analysis and design the digital service to increase consumer engagement.
- Provide and make available any necessary data and analysis for department to help build financial plans and business cases by the director
- Continuous improvement on all processes.

Supervision of subordinates
- Organise and supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within the Employee Affairs section is carried out in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and policy.
- Establish a career progression and training plan for self and own team.
- Provide own and team KPI and objectives to be measured annually.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned to the employee.

- The operational plan is aligned with business development strategy and is documented, approved, in place, communicated and implemented.
- % acceptance of new ideas for continuous improvement.
- Optimum design of process to meet the business objectives.
- Short and long term plans developed and objectives achieved effectively.
