Digital Designer (Intern)

We are seeking a talented and adaptable Digital Designer to join our Dubai team. This role begins as an internship with a clear pathway to a full-time position based on performance.

In this role, you will work at the intersection of creative design, user experience, and digital infrastructure. You will contribute to high-performance marketing campaigns while also helping design and modernize core digital platforms for our clients.

This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across websites, user interfaces, marketing assets, and scalable design systems, all within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design engaging digital experiences by creating wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs for websites, landing pages, and web applications using Figma.
• Develop high-performance marketing assets including social media content, display ads, presentations, and campaign visuals using Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of scalable design systems that ensure visual consistency and efficiency across digital ecosystems.
• Work directly within CMS and digital platforms such as WordPress and Shopify to implement and refine user-facing content.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, analytics, and development teams to translate business requirements into intuitive and effective design solutions.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative direction across both client and internal projects.
• Support internal digital transformation initiatives and assist with maintaining organized design documentation and files.

Interview Process:

• Step 1: Initial Interview After reviewing your application and portfolio, we will schedule an interview to understand your background, experience, and creative approach.
• Step 2: Skill Assessment Selected candidates will complete a take-home assessment designed to simulate real-world design and problem-solving tasks. You will have one day to complete it.
• Step 3: Follow-up Interview Based on your assessment, we will schedule a follow-up discussion. If everything aligns, we will extend an offer.
