Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze social media data to generate actionable insights that enhance engagement.
- Support the development of integrated digital experiences across multiple channels.
- Assist in monitoring the performance metrics of campaigns and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content and experiences with HCP needs.
- Stay informed on digital trends and tools, bringing innovative ideas to the team.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- UAE National.
- Recent graduate with a bachelor s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or other relevant fields.
- Strong interest in social media, digital platforms, and healthcare communications.
- Analytical mindset with basic knowledge of data and reporting tools.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Exposure to social media content creation, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite), or design platforms (e.g., Canva, Figma).
- Academic coursework, projects, or internships focused on social media, marketing, or digital campaigns.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are inviting UAE Nationals to join our Omnichannel team as a Digital Experience Associate, where you will gain hands-on experience in designing and delivering integrated digital experiences for healthcare professionals (HCPs).
This role offers structured exposure to the fast-evolving digital landscape, combining analytics with creativity to enhance HCP engagement. You will contribute to planning and executing omnichannel campaigns, ensuring cohesive content delivery across platforms while analyzing channel insights to drive impactful recommendations.
