Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development and execution of the digital strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and driving measurable results.
- Oversee all digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising, optimizing performance and ROI.
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative environment and providing guidance on best practices.
- Analyze data and generate insights to inform strategic decisions, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize impact and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 7+ years in digital transformation, solution architecture, or product management.
Skills: Proficiency in agile methodologies, squad formation, and managing product lifecycles.
Technical Knowledge: Strong background in digital tools, cloud solutions, and integration best practices.
Leadership: Excellent communication and team management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and vendor relationships
