Digital Marketing and Communications Specialist ORIENT IRRIGATION SERVICES (L.L.C)

We are a leading landscaping company specializing in the design, construction, and long-term maintenance of premium outdoor spaces. Our portfolio includes streetscapes, rooftop/podium gardens, public parks, golf courses, residential projects, and palace gardens for royal palaces and high-profile clients. We also supply and support advanced machinery, irrigation systems, spare parts, and after-sales technical services.

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and hands-on Marketing specialist who will own our entire marketing function and help us significantly grow brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across all divisions (Construction, Maintenance, Machinery Sales & Aftersales, Irrigation Sales & Technical Support).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the full marketing strategy for the company.
• Create, schedule, and manage all organic social media content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and eventually TikTok and/or YouTube, including posts, reels, stories, carousels, and videos showcasing projects, machinery demos, irrigation solutions, before-and-after transformations, team highlights, and client testimonials.
• Maintain and continuously improve the company website and a smaller sister company’s website (content updates, new project pages, SEO basics, blog/articles, lead capture forms).
• Maintain and continuously improve our company prequalification document and the department prequalification documents.
• Plan and launch multi-channel marketing campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, email marketing, trade shows, etc.) to drive enquiries and sales across all departments.
• Produce high-quality visual and written content: project photo/video shoots, case studies, press releases, machinery and irrigation product demonstrations, customer success stories.
• Write and distribute press releases and build relationships with industry media and influencers.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing performance (reach, engagement, website traffic, leads, ROI) and suggest improvements.
• Proactively research market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities, then come to management with fresh campaign ideas, partnerships, or content series.
• Coordinate photography/video days on job sites and demo days.
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels and departments.
