ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead our digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Digital marketing executive will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), engineers
and product to push digital boundaries
Experience running performance led campaigns for app acquisition
and in-app events.
Robust technical knowledge of all Martech tools, including ad
managers, planning tools, MMPs, CRM platforms and reporting
Plan and execute all mobile, paid social marketing, search, social
media and display
advertising campaigns on customer acquisition
Experience in managing performance marketing campaigns and
always on campaigns.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Develop in-depth best practice methods of reporting digital activity, including development of dashboards.
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance
based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
Collaborate vendor partners for the display campaigns.

At least 4 years of prior experience working in
either agency or
internal role on performance driven clients.
Ability to get hands-on in a complex operational environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines
Educated to BS/MS level (or equivalent) within a subject relevant to the position such as Marketing, Digital Marketing, etc.
Previous experience working as a digital marketing professional
Experience in mobile marketing tools like adjust and google analytics
Hands on experience of managing Google ads, Facebook, Snapchat and search channels is a must
Experience working within the technology industry/start-up environment is highly desirable
