Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns across social, search, email, and display channels
- Implement quarterly and annual e-commerce plans across direct and third-party platforms
- Coordinate with Sales, Revenue, PR, F and B, and Corporate teams on promotional initiatives
- Manage daily digital activities including social media posting, paid ads, SEO/SEA, influencer marketing, and Metasearch support
- Analyze campaign performance KPIs and prepare insight-driven reports
- Support content creation and ensure all visual and written materials follow brand guidelines
- Assist in CRM activities and manage email campaigns with internal teams
- Monitor pricing accuracy, rate parity, and conversion performance across online channels
- Support Accor s ALL loyalty program campaigns and targeted guest communications
- Maintain OTA content accuracy and oversee online review responses
- Perform competitive benchmarking and market analysis to support digital decision-making
- Track digital trends and propose improvements to enhance engagement
- Coordinate with digital agencies and external vendors on campaign execution
- Stay updated on new marketing technologies and support adoption where relevant

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
- Practical experience with content marketing, paid ads, social media, and CRM
- Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in a team
