Job Description
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing and executing online marketing campaigns, maintaining social media presence, engaging with the audience, and driving brand awareness and lead generation. The role requires creativity, analytical skills, and knowledge of the UAE digital market.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across online platforms
Manage and update company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) Create, schedule, and publish engaging content for social media and digital channels
Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
Monitor website traffic, social media insights, and campaign performance Improve brand visibility, online presence, and lead generation
Coordinate with design and sales teams for marketing materials and promotions
Handle basic SEO, keywords, and online listings
Respond to online inquiries, messages, and comments professionally
Prepare regular digital marketing reports and performance analysis
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and competitor activities
Ensure all digital marketing activities follow company branding and policies
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing
Hands-on experience in social media management and paid advertising Knowledge of SEO, website optimization, and analytics tools
Experience with content creation, campaign planning, and performance tracking
Basic knowledge of graphic tools (Canva, Photoshop) preferred
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Knowledge of UAE market and digital trends is an advantage
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management is a plus
Female candidates preferred
Preferred Skills
Arabic language knowledge (spoken and written)
Experience working with influencers and content creators
Ability to plan and manage influencer marketing campaigns
Understanding of UAE / GCC digital audience and trends
Experience in brand collaborations and online promotions
Basic knowledge of video content and reels marketing
Strong creative and communication skills
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field Certification in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, SEO, or Google Ads is an advantage
