Job Description

A Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company or product. They play a significant role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads or customers. The role requires a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The Digital Marketing Executive will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to analyze data to make informed decisions.


Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage highly effective digital marketing campaigns.
  • Optimize the company s online presence through the use of SEO best practices.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests across various digital platforms.
  • Design, build, and maintain the social media presence of the organization.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize performance based on analytics data.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for digital marketing success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.
  • Manage the company s email campaigns and oversee their periodical performance.
  • Ensure that all digital marketing efforts are aligned with budgetary constraints.
  • Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors to enhance marketing capabilities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is required.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proficient knowledge of website analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts and strategy.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments and optimization techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences effectively.
