Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement.

  • Manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads & Meta Ads to drive targeted traffic and increase conversions.

  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities and keep the brand competitive.

  • Stay current with digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure innovative approaches are implemented.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive marketing strategies that align with overall business goals.

  • Develop email marketing campaigns, segmenting lists and employing A/B testing to improve open & conversion rates.

  • Manage and grow social media presence across platforms by creating engaging content that resonates with target audiences.

  • Monitor & Analyse performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to refine strategies and enhance ROI.

  • Utilise SEO best practices to optimise website content, improve organic search rankings through keyword research and on-page strategies.

  • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness & drive customer engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, demonstrating a proven track record of successful campaigns.

  • Experience with various digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO tools, social media management software and email marketing services.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating compelling content that engages audiences.

  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and the ability to think outside the box for unique marketing solutions.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

  • Fluency in English is a must, with additional language proficiency considered a strong asset depending on target markets.

  • Cultural awareness and adaptability to work in a diverse team environment, fostering an inclusive atmosphere.
